Who We Are:

The Access To Justice For Families Foundation is a dedicated 'Charitable Company Limited by Guarantee' (CLG) non-profit that operates as a 'Legal Consultancy Non Profit Company', committed to providing comprehensive support to hose navigating the legal system without traditional representation. As a 'CLG', we exist to bridge the gap between legal complexities and individuals who choose to represent themselves, known as 'Litigants In Person' (LiPs) to help navigate the complexities of the 'English Legal System' to ensure access to justice for all.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower individuals and families by providing affordable 'Legal Consultancy' and 'McMcKenzie Advocacy Services', ensuring they have the knowledge, skills, and support to navigate the 'English Legal System' effectively. We believe that access to justice is a fundamental right, and we are here to make that right a reality for all.

What We Do

  • Legal Consultancy & McKenzie Friends Advocacy Services: For just £50.00 a month subscription, we offer expert 'Legal Consultancy Services' and the support of 'McKenzie Friends'. These services are tailored to assist LiPs in understanding and managing their cases, providing guidance, strategic planning and ensuring they are well-prepared for court proceedings.

  • Safeguarding as a Priority: The safety and well-being of our clients are at the heart of what we do. We strictly adhere to our 'Safeguarding Policy', ensuring that every interaction and service we provide upholds the highest standards of care and protection.

  • Compliance & Integrity: Operating as an 'Alternative Business Structure' (ABS) 'Legal Consultancy Non-Profit Company', we are committed to the highest standards of compliance. We rigorously conduct 'Anti-Money Laundering' (AML), 'Know Your Customer' (KYC), and 'Customer Due Diligence' (CDD) checks to maintain the integrity of our services and protect our clients.

  • Online Learning School: We offer a variety of online courses specifically designed for 'Litigants In Person'. These courses empower individuals to acquire the legal knowledge and skills they need from the comfort of their own home, enabling them to approach their cases with confidence and competence.

  • Fundraising through Our Online Shop: To further support our mission, we operate an online shop that offers print-on-demand products. The proceeds from these sales help us fund our services, ensuring that we remain 100% independently funded. This independence allows us to focus solely on the needs of our clients, free from external influences.

  • Private Members Support Community: Our clients who are paying the £50.00 monthly subscription get access to 'Private Client Support Facebook & WhatsApp Groups' and 'Sunday Online Weekly Zoom Meetings' for ongoing support within our client community.

Correcting Miscarriages of Justice

At The Access To Justice For Families Foundation, we are deeply committed to addressing and correcting miscarriages of justice. • Support for Litigants in Person: 'Miscarriages of Justice' often occur when individuals are forced to navigate the 'English Legal System' without adequate representation. By supporting 'Litigants In Person' with the knowledge, skills, and advocacy they need, we help prevent such injustices from occurring in the first place. Our goal is to level the playing field, ensuring that everyone has a fair chance at justice, regardless of their financial resources, placing 'Litigants In Person's back on equal footing.

  • Empowerment through Education: Through our online learning school, we offer courses that equip individuals with the legal knowledge necessary to recognise and challenge unjust legal outcomes. By empowering people with this knowledge, we aim to reduce the occurrence of 'Miscarriages of Justice' and ensure that those affected have the tools to seek redress.
