Exciting Milestones: Together, We're Transforming Lives! by Sian Gissing-McMeel
Dear Valued Supporters,
We are thrilled to share some incredible achievements made possible by your generous contributions to The Access To Justice For Families Foundation.
Thanks to your unwavering support, we have raised an impressive £1,189.55 in charitable donations.
These funds have been instrumental in empowering vulnerable litigants in person, enabling them to navigate the complexities of Family Court with confidence, support and hope. With these donations, we have provided our most vulnerable clients with zero access to funds or state legal aid: £6,749.80 in FREE Legal Consultancy, Legal Drafting, and McKenzie Friend Services.
This critical support has helped 24 clients successfully guide their cases to achieve justice and fair settlements. Your contributions have made a profound difference in their lives, giving them the tools and assistance they need to fight for their rights and secure a better future.
Our work is more than just providing legal support; it's about restoring faith in the justice system for those who have felt abandoned and overwhelmed. The Family Court can be an intimidating and confusing arena, especially for those without legal representation.
The challenges and failings of this system often leave the most vulnerable feeling powerless and isolated. However, through our collective efforts, we are changing this narrative. Your donations are directly impacting the lives of individuals who have been cut off from access to justice.
By supporting our foundation, you are paying it forward, creating a ripple effect of positive change. Each pound donated is a step towards fairness and equality, ensuring that every person has the opportunity to be heard and to seek justice.
We cannot thank you enough for your generosity and commitment to this cause. Together, we are making a significant impact and proving that access to justice should be a right, not a privilege.
We have a long way to go to make a big impact and ensure more victims' voices are heard, laws are changed, and systems work in favour of those who need protection the most.
It is a 'David v Goliath' mission; however, together, everything is possible. Your support keeps us going to fight the fight. To never roll over and back down to this systematic abuse of process and denial of justice so many face today. We are a force to be reckoned with.
With heartfelt gratitude,
